Construction works comprised an additional floor over the existing structure at the 4th and 5th Floor Levels comprising 27 bedrooms, plant room and link structure – Internal fit out of existing shell and core building comprising 136 bedrooms, meeting rooms and front and back of house facilities accommodation/plant. Works included the incorporation of protected structures – 94 & 95 south mall into the scheme and the retention of an existing protected façade to Parnell place.
