The Bausch + Lomb, Waterford city campus extends over 55,000sq. m where 1,400+ staff produce market-leading contact lenses. The Area 9 Capacity Expansion project was a 10,000+ sq. m addition to the site.

The building exterior design celebrates industrial form and function. The finishes were specified to complement the existing building and general industrial context. Highly glazed entrance halls, circulation areas and an internal courtyard were specified to provide a light-filled environment for staff and visitors to enjoy.
